How long will each refill last?

Each refill is equivalent to approximately 25 cigarettes, so this will depend on how much you use it.

How do I charge my device?

The Ten Motives Rechargeable V2 comes complete with a USB Charger which simply screws into the battery and can be charged at home or in the office. The USB charger is also fully compatible with our UK Mains adapter, available here.

How do I know I need to change the refill?

You should change the refill when you notice it has stopped producing vapour or if you notice deterioration in the taste or quality of the vapour.

How long does it take to fully charge the device?

It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge your Ten Motives battery from flat. Your battery may run out of charge before the refill has finished, so don't discard the refill as there may still be e-liquid in it.
